It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize business processes—principally sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical support.

ISI CRM is designed to minimize the necessity to have a computer connected to the CRM server in order to be able to interact with the system. Our CRM can be accessed via smartphone or a tablet connected to the internet and thereby is suitable for agents on the go. An agent could accept or decline an appointment and is able to get all the essential information for upcoming appointments.

All prospects are also notified by the CRM about the appointment and supplied with the agent and "ISI representative" contact information.

ISI CRM also has the capability to run post-sales or marketing campaign (drip campaign) for future opportunities.
